TR:TH - Characters

Story was a big element in TR:TH and we wanted to show more of the character on screen, as opposed to running the whole time. Characters had dialog sequences, and would interact with puzzles and obstacles, and we wanted to make sure that if the characters appeared on screen for long periods of time that they looked good on screen, and were able to blend into the environment naturally. So we created high res versions of all of the characters and added normal maps and specular lighting to get a more dynamic look overall.

All images displayed here represent in-progress work. And each character was developed by 5518 studios along with our in-house art team.
